How to send out the event web gallery to your customer

We recommend closing the event first, but you can share the web gallery with a customer before the event is finished.

1. In your browser, go to your events page.
2. Find the event listed you want to view. Search by the event name or number.
3. Find the gallery button down in the ‘Gallery’ column and tap it.
4. Discard any unwanted photos or videos by clicking the checkbox below them followed by clicking on the trash icon.
5. Click on the link labeled ‘Public URL’.
6. Copy the link from the browser bar.
7. Send the link to your customer.

Note: If you are not sure and haven’t closed the event, open your Touchpix app and click on the upper-left corner icon, the event number is displayed there.
