Restore subscription

Make sure that the device you are using is logged in to the same Apple account the subscription was purchased under.

  1. Open the Touchpix app.
  2. Tap on  ‘Subscriptions’.
  3. Tap on ‘Restore Purchase’.

A ‘Success! Your subscription has been restored.’ alert will show up. Now you can set up your event.
