Cancel Subscription
Touchpix offers MultiPass subscriptions on the Touchpix.com store, which work simultaneously on iOS and Android devices. Additionally, there are in-app subscriptions available for iOS. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can cancel the subscription renewal.
MultiPass subscriptions
Canceling the MultiPass subscription is easy, to do so:
- Head to your account at Touchpix.com.
- Tap on ‘Subscriptions’.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel and tap on ‘View’.
- Tap on “Disable Auto Renewal’ button. When the renewal is disabled your subscription status will change to “Active, but cancelled renewal”.
That will turn off the Auto-Renewal for your Touchpix subscription. You can reactivate it at any time.
In-app subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription on the iPhone or iPad you purchased the subscription on
- Go to ‘Settings’ on your iOS device.
- At the top, you will find your name or company name. Tap on it.
- Tap ‘Subscriptions’.
- Tap on ‘Touchpix’.
- Tap the ‘Cancel subscription’ button at the bottom of the screen.
Note: If you don’t see ‘cancel subscription’, you are already unsubscribed and you will not be charged anymore.
