Digital Products (Software, Subscriptions, and other Digital Content)
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is confirmed and the product is delivered. This includes:
- Software licenses and subscriptions
- Digital content such as effects packages, contracts, and other downloadable materials
However, if you encounter technical issues or have concerns about the functionality of the product, please reach out to our support team. We’re committed to resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction.
Physical Products (Hardware)
For physical products purchased from Touchpix, you have the right to request a return within 21 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping
- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the address stated when refund is requested.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Typically 3-5 Business days from the date return item is approved.
